1. Overview
Welcome to Frutopia Nagpur. By placing an order via our platform or counter kiosks at participating gym locations across Nagpur, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Gym Preorders & Pickup
Orders scheduled for gym counters are freshly prepared according to the workout completion slot chosen during order submission. Customers are advised to pick up their bowls, shakes, or juices within 30 minutes of preparation to enjoy peak nutrient freshness and crispness.
3. Fresh Product Availability
Our ingredients are sourced fresh every morning from local Nagpur markets. In the rare event of seasonal unavailability for a specific fruit or topping, our team will substitute with a fruit of equal or higher nutritional value with your consent.
4. Allergen Notice
While all our products are 100% vegetarian and free from artificial chemicals, certain menu items contain nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts), dairy (fresh yogurt, skimmed milk), or seeds (chia, pumpkin, flax seeds). Please notify our counter staff of any allergies before order processing.
