Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Perishable Food Nature
Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruit bowls, cold-pressed juices, and made-to-order shakes, orders already prepared cannot be returned once handed over at the counter.
2. Cancellations Before Preparation
If your workout schedule changes unexpectedly, you may cancel or reschedule your order slot up to 20 minutes before your scheduled pickup window with full store credit or refund.
3. Quality Concerns & Replacements
If any item does not meet our high standards for freshness, taste, or packaging integrity, please let our counter partner know immediately or email hello@frutopianagpur.in with your receipt. We will gladly prepare an immediate replacement or issue a complete refund.
